BANYAN STREET FAMILY SESSION

Jennifer and Matt planned the kind of vacation you always hope for, sunshine, beach time, and a chance to reconnect and spend quality time with the kids. They knew this would be the perfect time to schedule a Banyan Street family session in Boca Grande, and we had everything planned out well in advance. With Banyan Street’s ever-changing canopy recovering from past hurricanes, it still holds onto its charm and remains one of the island’s most iconic backdrops for photos.

It was a perfect Florida day with pleasant temperatures and just enough clouds in the sky to create soft light and a beautiful sunset. We started on Banyan Street, making the most of the gorgeous banyan trees and quiet stretch of the street, capturing laughter, sweet moments, and fun family energy beneath the branches.

After some fun poses among the roots of the trees, we went down to the beach at the end of the street, to capture a whole different look to their photos. Sunrays were peeking through the clouds and the session quickly evolved into a session of gymnastics and fun. The kid’s personalities came through as they showed off their acrobatic skills on the beach, and Jennifer and Matt took time to dance, dip and laugh together. It was the perfect mix of timeless posed photos and candid family fun.
