How Much Should We Spend on a Wedding Photographer
Are you wondering, “How much should we spend on our wedding photographer?” You’re not alone. It’s one of the questions I get asked the most.
I’m Stephanie Snow, a wedding photographer in SW Florida. A lot of photographers keep their pricing hidden until you fill out a form and wait for a reply, and I’ve never liked that for you. So, here’s a real look at what you can expect to invest, based on the kind of coverage that fits your day.

1. Sweet & Simple
Starting at $1900. This collection is built for couples who want to keep things simple, whether you’re exchanging vows on the beach or in a backyard surrounded by the people who matter most. I’ll capture your ceremony, family portraits, and your couple’s photos right after you say I do. If your wedding is smaller and more intimate, this is likely your fit.

2. Full Day Coverage
Investment options range from $3900 to $5400. This is my most popular collection, and it’s built for couples who want their whole day documented, not just the ceremony. From getting ready, to the first look, wedding, and the reception dancing that goes a little too late (or maybe just until 10pm!). I work every wedding alongside my husband, so with two of us there, nothing gets missed even when your day is moving fast or your group is big. This range covers everything from a shorter coverage window up through a full day, so we’ll figure out together what actually fits your needs for the day.

3. Once in a Lifetime
Starting at $7900. This collection is for couples who want it all covered, from the earliest moments of getting ready through the last dance, plus the lead up to your wedding day itself. It includes coverage of your rehearsal dinner or welcome party, all day wedding coverage, and a printed heirloom album at the end so your photos live somewhere besides a hard drive. If you want every part of the weekend documented and a physical album to hold onto, this is the one.
Every collection includes images of your day exactly as it happened, not overly posed or stiff. With 25 years behind the camera, I know how to capture genuine moments without you ever feeling like you’re performing for a lens.
