Jeff and Tanya had been together for several years when Jeff proposed, and once they decided to tie the knot, everything came together fast. Even though they live up north, Jeff’s family has a home in Fort Myers, and that’s where I first met them—during their engagement session on Fort Myers Beach. Just a few months later, they were back, this time to plan a wedding… in just three weeks at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort.

With help from both of their moms, they pulled it off beautifully. Every detail was carefully thought out, and the result was a day that felt effortless, elegant, and completely them.

They chose the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa as their venue, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather was stunning—one of those warm, breezy October days that makes a Florida beach wedding feel like a dream. The morning was filled with anticipation as they got ready, surrounded by family and friends.

Their beach ceremony took place in the afternoon, with soft waves in the background and the people they love most by their side. It was simple, heartfelt, and full of emotion. Afterward, we had just enough time to sneak in some portraits during a breathtaking sunset—one of those magical moments that makes you pause.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration moved indoors for dinner, dancing, and a joyful reception that capped off the day perfectly.

Photographing their Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort wedding was such a joy—proof that even when things come together quickly, love (and a good team) makes everything fall into place.
