PALM ISLAND SURPRISE PROPOSAL

Kady had no idea what was waiting for her on the quiet shores of Palm Island. Her family owns a home there, and while she thought she was just heading out for a peaceful beach stroll with her boyfriend before lunch, her mom had other plans in motion. She reached out to me ahead of time to help coordinate a Palm Island surprise proposal, complete with a hidden photo session to capture every moment of joy and shock.

With help from Holly at Palm Island Picnics, a beautiful setup came together on the sand: champagne, sweet treats, tropical florals, and even a hand-painted coconut to mark the occasion. Everything was ready, waiting quietly as Tyler and Kady pulled up in their golf cart and made their way toward the beach.

As they walked along the water, Tyler paused, turned to Kady, and dropped to one knee. Her reaction was pure happiness. She was completely caught off guard and overwhelmed in the best way. She said yes without a second’s hesitation, and the joy radiating between them was incredible to witness.

Once the initial excitement settled in, Kady realized we were there capturing it all from a distance, and that’s when the real fun began. We took some time to take love-filled portraits of the two of them, soaking in the moment and the magic of this Palm Island surprise proposal. This sweet, private beach morning turned into a memory they’ll never forget, and I’m honored I got to photograph it for them.
